In the heart of Riyadh, KAUST alumni gathered for an exclusive networking event to welcome the University's new president, Professor Sir Edward Byrne AC.

Research work by KAUST students Abeer Alamoudi and Qi Huang was recently selected as the second-prize winner of the 2022 IEEE ComSoc Student Competition "Communications Technology Changing the World."

Shahad's research at KAUST focused on developing on-demand drug delivery systems using stimuli-responsive nanocarriers with diverse sizes, architectures and surface properties to deliver drugs in spatial-, temporal- and dosage-controlled fashions.
