In this episode from 2020, you’ll meet entrepreneurs Pia Wiche, MS ’12 and Danilo Granato, MS ’12. It was early lockdown when Alumni Affairs met Pia and Danilo in their home offices in Valparaiso, Chile. We talked with the couple about entrepreneurship, careers, and KAUST memories that include establishing Toastmasters, an organization which they both remain passionate about and connected to. As entrepreneurs with their own company, working from home and virtually isn’t a concept new to them.
The couple founded company EcoEd, of which Pia is CEO, and Danilo is Director of Marketing and Technology. An online multimedia course, EcoEd educates business about Circular Economy principles using learning methodologies and Artificial Intelligence to empower business to efficiently manage their companies’ environmental impact and realize their commitment to sustainable development.
