The role of volunteers leading KAUST's alumni chapters and our regional networks include: keeping in touch with the regional KAUST alumni community through virtual and in-person events; talking with future KAUST students; representing KAUST as an ambassador at student recruitment or promotional events and conferences; and supporting Alumni Affairs in many ways including as social media ambassadors.
Alumni networks are led, coordinated and administered by alumni, with the support of the KAUST Alumni Affairs team. We look forward to working with you to create connections and opportunities in Saudi Arabia and around the world. If you’re interested in becoming a member of an existing Chapter, or becoming an ambassador in a regional network (in countries or cities with too few alumni to establish a chapter), let us know.
Saudi Arabia is KAUST’s largest alumni community, and the Saudi Arabian Alumni Chapter is led by a passionate team of alumni living and working throughout the Kingdom. Meet fellow alumni and connect with KAUST through your involvement with the Chinese Alumni Chapter. Established in 2014, the Chapter organize regular events including the annual Business Matchmaking Event and Reunion. The outstanding volunteer team who lead the Chapter are graduates and former KAUST staff (including postdoctoral fellows) located throughout the region, whose priority it is to build the community and remain connected.

In 2022, KAUST will establish the European Alumni Chapter being founded by a dedicated community of KAUST alumni living throughout Europe and the United Kingdom. Alumni interested in becoming involved with the Chapter can connect with fellow alumni via LinkedIn.
