Who do I contact for KAUST gate access help?

The best point of contact for gate access questions or issues is VisitorCenter@KAUST.EDU.SA.

Yes, you will need both your original KAUST ID and KAUST email address. If you need help obtaining this information, please reach out to Alumni Affairs to assist.

You will need to provide a passport or national ID copy to obtain your credential information.

What happens to my KAUST email account after graduation?
Alumni will always retain access to their KAUST email account after graduation. You may access your KAUST Google-hosted emails by visiting: http://mail.kaust.edu.sa.
You may reset your email account password by visiting  https://mypassword.kaust.edu.sa/. You will be able to reset your forgotten or expired password or contact the IT Helpdesk directly for assistance. 

Saudi Arabian Police Clearance

Should I obtain a police clearance from KAUST Government Affairs before my "final exit" from KAUST?

You need to obtain a Saudi Arabian police clearance prior to exiting KAUST and the Kingdom. It is not possible to obtain after your have exited the country.

Please contact KAUST Government Affairs as soon as you begin to prepare for your exit from KAUST.

Where are alumni chapters located?

The KAUST Alumni Chapters are currently located in Saudi Arabia, China and Europe. We are planning to launch a chapter in North America in 2022 and also regional networks throughout the globe soon. To learn more visit our Chapters page or contact the Office of Alumni Affairs directly.
